A recurring revenue stream built on equipment Summit doesn't buy.

Section 01 — the offer

Recovery as revenue, not overhead

Invisionary places commercial-grade massage and compression recovery chairs in Summit's clubs at zero cost to Summit — no purchase, no lease, no capital outlay.

01

Zero capital outlay

Chairs are supplied, installed, insured, and maintained by Invisionary. Summit's cost is the floor space.

02

Recurring revenue

Members subscribe monthly for unlimited access. Summit shares in every subscription, every month.

03

Turnkey operation

Delivery, setup, servicing, hygiene supplies, and member support handled end to end.

Section 02 — Why Subscription

Same idea. Different deal.

Recovery memberships aren't new. Clubs across the country already sell massage and hydromassage access as a monthly add-on. But in every version of that model, the club buys or leases the equipment first, carries the capital, pays for the service calls, and hopes enough members sign up to cover the payment.

We flipped the structure. Invisionary supplies, installs, and maintains the chairs at no cost to Summit. Members subscribe for unlimited access, and Summit shares in every subscription, every month. The recurring revenue lands on Summit's books. The equipment never does.

That combination — zero capital, subscription access, shared revenue — is what most clubs have never been offered. It turns idle square footage into predictable monthly income, and it gives Summit a retention tool that has nothing to do with how often a member trains. Summit would set the standard for it in Southern Utah.

Section 03 — the experience

What the member walks into

  • Dedicated recovery suite

One room, set apart from the training floor.

  • Ambient lighting

Low, warm light tuned for winding down after training.

  • 4D massage chairs

Full-body sessions supporting circulation and muscle recovery.

  • Compression stations

Leg and hip compression for decompression and stress reduction.

  • Optional retail shop

A small recovery retail corner, stocked and run by us.

Sessions are positioned around circulation, muscle recovery, decompression, and stress reduction — wellness language only, with no clinical claims made to members.
